- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

- Ship the product to the address provided when you receive your RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
3. Refund or Replacement:
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, you may choose one of the following options:
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Replacement: If you would like a replacement for the returned product, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items:

6. Restocking Fee:
